The service

Re4rge Reviews is a simple review-request tool for local trades. You paste in your own Google review link once, then send short requests by email and see what was sent and clicked. The free plan is 3 requests per month, email only. The paid plan is $29 per month for the first location, $14.50 per month for a second business (50% off the $29 price), and $9.99 per month for each business after that, all linked to one account and billed as a single monthly charge, with unlimited email requests and white-label PDF export.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your business name and Google review link, and for only sending requests to customers you have served and have a right to contact. You must not use the service to spam, harass, or mislead anyone, and you must follow applicable messaging, telemarketing, and privacy laws, including getting any consent your jurisdiction requires before texting a customer.

No guarantee of reviews

We track sends and clicks. We do not guarantee that any customer will leave a review, what rating they will leave, or any increase in revenue, rankings, or visibility. We do not post, edit, or remove reviews, and we do not use the Google API to count reviews posted on Google.

Billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing, and your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Free plans do not require a card.

Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by a third-party service (email, payment, or hosting) being unavailable. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
