What we collect

When you sign up, we collect your email address, your business name, and the Google review link you paste in. When you send a review request, we collect the customer name, email or phone number, and any job or notes text you enter, plus whether the request was sent and clicked. We do not use the Google API, and we do not access your Google Business Profile or your reviews.

How we use it

We use this information only to run the service: to send the review requests you ask us to send, to show you what was sent and clicked, to send reminders, and to bill paid plans. If you opt in at signup, we may also send you tips emails about getting more reviews — you can unsubscribe anytime. We do not sell your data, your customers' data, or any data about your business, and we do not use it for advertising.

Services we use

Your data is stored with Supabase. Emails are sent through Resend. Text messages, on paid plans, are sent through Twilio. Payments, on paid plans, are processed by Stripe — we do not store your card details on our servers. Each of these providers processes data only as needed to provide its service, under its own privacy policy.

Cookies and tracking

We use only the cookies needed for sign-in and for the service to work. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on the dashboard.

Retention and deletion

We keep your account and request records while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and its data by contacting us through AuditThenFix. Deletion removes your locations and request records from our active systems, subject to records we must keep for billing or legal reasons.

If this policy changes in a material way, we will update the date above and post the new version here.
